Keith and his team know what they are doing. We had a client that had a water leak in their home. I called Keith up and he was able to come out within 12 hours, assess the situation and get started on the remediation. They removed only what needed to be removed (I am a builder and often see remediation companies pull out too much material).We had a great experience with Carey Water Restoration of Oregon and I have them on speed dial for future work.

Unfortunately for us our contractor discovered that we had a pinhole leak under our home and a considerable amount of damage was done to our oak floors. He made a phone call to Keith and within hours he was there, determined what needed to be done and went into action. Within 24 hours a repair to the pipe was made, damaged flooring removed along with water soaked insulation from underneath the house and all of the necessary equipment to start the drying was up and running. Keith was well versed in what would be needed to help process the insurance claim and made what was a stressful situation quite tolerable. I would highly recommend Keith and his company to anyone in need of his services.
