- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free phone consultation to understand your student’s needs, goals, and learning style. From there, we match your student with a tutor who is the best fit in both subject expertise and personality. In the first session, the tutor builds rapport with your student, assesses their current skills, and sets a plan for future sessions. We focus on regular communication, adapting our approach as needed to support your student's progress. Families can book sessions at a flexible pace that works best for their schedules and needs.
