I have a great deal of experience teaching students with different learning styles. I tailor my instruction and assistance to fit the needs of each of my students. The proof is in the success stories I have. From this experience, I have developed a business. I have access to top-quality tutors when I am booked up, or if I find that another one of my colleagues might be a better fit. The objective of this service is that our students achieve their academic goals. We aim to aim to make this happen through individualized plans that are tailored to each student's needs. I feel most rewarded by the relationships I build with my students and their families. Because of these relationships, the success of my students becomes personal. Stefanie is a wonderful tutor and teacher. She has been tutoring my son in Math for 2 years now as he has moved from 8th Grade to 9th Grade at Benson High School. He now has a solid "B" in Geometry, when before he was struggling in all aspects of Math. She communicates well with us and his teachers and gives us good feedback on what he should be working on. You will be very happy if you use her for your son or daughter.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to keep my teaching license current, I am required to continue my education.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly tutor in math. However, I am able to tutor in the Language Arts. The greatest need seems to be in math, currently.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my students has severe dyslexia. His parents had concentrated so heavily on teaching him to read, that by the time he was in 10th grade, he was doing math at a 6th grade level. Seeing him twice a week for a year, he was able to move from that level to 10th grade math at the beginning of his Junior year. He finished the school year with a B in Geometry and a B in Physics.
