We rented from Portland, luxury town birthday party about two months ago for a friends 50th. The four of us had dinner last night and were talking about how great and fun experience it was and how awesime Billy was. I then remembered I had not done a review. This review is very warranted and I cannot say enough about the service we received. No, I was not paid to do this. :) However, after we spoke last night, I felt it absolutely imperative to get on this today.
The app told me I could choose three of five options, but I would have included the other two if I could. Seriously incredible responsiveness and top notched service would have been included.
Our driver Billy was the best I have ever had and my husband and I have been renting limousines renting regularly, typically yearly since our prom in 1990.
Throughout the years, even in college with friends, for wine tours for kids, proms coming up, birthdays, you name it! I should have written this sooner, the first number I will call when I get this obviously will be with this company and we will request Billy. I doubt, though that any of the people that work there would be less than 5/5.
Their fleet of cars was vast, and our experience with our vehicle was that it was kept in pristine condition with all the bells and whistles. I absolutely think the money for what we received was warranted and a great deal all in all.
We rented our limousine at the very last second and they chose the best one for us based on our preferences and our event. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could add more stars I could.

I was very impressed with the reliability of Portland Luxury Town cars. Always on time but they were still able to be flexible. Bill was professional and wonderful on my daughter’s wedding day. Also, the rest of my family enjoyed his services before and sure the wedding

I scheduled a return pickup and delivery service to PDX from Ridgefield. The driver was punctual, courteous, professional and had a sense of humour. My return leg was delayed an hour and half. I received his checkup messages but my return messages and phone call to him were NOT delivered from PDX. However, he waited, for which I was extremely grateful as it was after11PM. I will use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality transport service in the greater Portland area.
