- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every rental property and private event has its purpose and style and therefore requires a different amount of time to plan and execute and a unique creative eye. I love making people's visions come to life and providing moments to remember and bond with loved ones and community members!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people and helping them bring magic into their lives through celebratory events! I also love creating unique travel experiences through thoughtfully curated and detailed oriented accommodations. Hosting is my specialty and as a new customer, I like to have a 1:1 consultation session to discuss your needs and vision. I love helping people think through and decide what is most important to them in these moments to ensure we create an event or experience that will live with you forever. That way you can just show up, enjoy yourself and be present, let me do the rest!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of incredibly valuable life experiences! I was a superstar Airbnb host in under 90 days of opening my rental property in a hot destination travel location: Austin, Texas. I managed all guest bookings, cleaner and handyman gig work, special requests for guests, interior design, guest book and local recs resources to ensure every guest had a memorable experience.
