Matthew came twice in a row. I thought I signed up for every other week. So I called LawnStarter and asked for every other week. I haven't seen Matthew since. It has been 3 weeks in a row that he hasn't come. I thought someone would have told me we were done for the season. I would like him to mow one more time this season. I would also like to know if I have to hire someone else to take care of the leaves this fall. I liked what LawnStarter has done so far.

Kevin showed up when I was out, but had no trouble figuring out what to do. He was half done when I returned and did a great job of mowing and edging. After he blew the clippings and debris everything looks terrific.

Alex worked miracles with my lawn. Approximately an acre in size, he first raked up and discarded the pine needles, actually double-mowed it, meticulously blew all the debris off the driveway and deck, and edged it beautifully. LawnStarter was a big help in recruiting him, and I would recommend Alex for any lawn maintenance job.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
