- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very affordable and willing to work with people on cost if it's issue. We like to stay competitive with our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call in or email to request an estimate, we'll start by getting your contact information, a description of what you'd like done and set up a time to either meet with you to review your project or to just swing by your property to take a look at the project. Once we have your estimate/bid worked up we will email it to you. That typically takes a day or 2 at the most. If the price and scope of work works for you, you can accept the bid by clicking the approve link in the email, sending us an email or giving us a call. From there we will work with you on getting your work scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do continuing ed course all through out the year and additional more specific courses that pertain to our daily work all year round; such as safe pesticide application courses, all kinds of tree pruning courses through the ISA, general safety classes and much more.
