FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our moving and junk removal customers. We strive to ensure that they are comfortable with the prices we charge and confident that they are receiving value for our services. Our approach involves clear communication, transparent pricing, and personalized solutions tailored to each customer's unique situation. We believe that by prioritizing customer satisfaction and offering competitive rates, we can build lasting relationships and a positive reputation in the junk removal and moving industry. Please note: ALL bonded, insured, and registered household good moving companies in the state of Oregon must adhere to state tariff hourly rates. Those rates are posted on Oregon.gov and average around $178.10 per hour for 2 movers and 1 truck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly team always attempts to promptly respond to inquiries, providing detailed information about our services and scheduling a convenient time for an initial assessment. During the assessment, our team visits the customer's location to evaluate the scope of the junk removal project. We assess the types and amounts of junk to be removed and discuss any specific requirements or preferences the customer may have. Based on this assessment, we provide a transparent and competitive quote, ensuring the customer understands the pricing structure and any potential additional costs. We only begin work once the customer feels comfortable with the services they are being offered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over five years of experience in this industry, I consider myself a seasoned professional and have cultivated numerous valuable connections and friendships along the way. I hold the necessary licenses, insurance, and undergo regular audits by the state of Oregon to maintain my ODOT license and remain in good standing. Additionally, I possess an Emerging Small Business (ESB) certification from the state of Oregon through COBID.
