If you're looking for an interior designer, look no further. Maura is downright amazing. She understood my vision, provided me with beautiful options, understood my need to stick within a certain budget and most importantly, went above and beyond to help me out to make sure my project turns out beautiful. I was truly impressed with her taste, her knowledge and her way of finding solutions to things I thought were impossible to solve. She's also very professional and was always on time with design deadlines. I would highly recommend her.

Maura did an excellent job designing our place- we highly highly recommend her! She is very friendly, detail oriented, and has a great design sense. The process was really easy- 1. We started with an intro where she got a sense of the themes that we were going for. For this, we chose Scandinavian/mid century. 2. Maura came to our place and took measurements of our space. We also worked through picking a color palette and lighting. 3. Maura then created a digital draw-up of our space, with a high level plan for what to do with each subsection. We were given a few options based on our discussions 4. She then drafted a list of all the items she wished to purchase for our space, and we had multiple rounds of back and forth green lighting or asking for changes to various pieces. 5. Finally, she created a tracking spreadsheet for sourcing all the items. At pretty much every point in this process, Maura listened to our feedback and went out of her way to accommodate us. She was able to find great items for us, but to our tastes and with a vision we would not have had on our own. She sourced some really great pieces within our budget! Overall we’re extremely happy with our space- we’ve gotten tons of compliments on it and really enjoy spending time in the areas she designed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a free 30-minute in-home consultation to discuss your goals, style, and other specifics. After our conversation, I will provide you with a project outline and overall budget - projects range from 1 hour to 100 hours. It's totally dependent on each client.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 15 years in Corporate Finance I decided to follow my passion and enrolled and completed a Master of Interior Design at Heritage Interior Design school. Few months later I founded Loving Quarters.
