- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project has different needs and we price accordingly. Some projects we bill at an hourly rate, others that are more clearly defined and budget sensitive, we can work on a flat rate design & procurement basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the type of client and project. With a licensed interior designer & general contractor on our team, we can assess a project from a functional and aesthetic POV as well as the logistics and mechanical aspects. All project processes begin with an introductory phone call to gather intel, and then a follow up on site job site meeting if it gets to that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 years of work in nearly every genre of the interior design industry, from high end residential to real estate ventures, vacation homes to hotels/resorts, commercial office buildings to healthcare facilities and maybe almost everything in between!
