- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee based on size and scope of the project and all costs are outlined in our contract and agreed to by the client before the project begins. No surprise or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation appointment at the client's location. This appointment is for us to discover with the client the scope of the project and to hear the clients ideas and desires for the project outcome. Measurements and photos may be taken at this appointment if time allows. The next step is for us to create a proposal detailing the scope of work and preliminary timeline and cost for the design package. This typically is presented to the client within 10 business days of the initial consultation appointment. There is a fee of $200 for the initial consultation appointment but if the design package proposal is agreed to by the client, and we proceed to work with the the client, the initial consultation fee is credited toward the total design package fee. We use flat fee pricing for each project so you will always know the cost of your design package upfront without any hidden or surprise fees.
