I’m going to have to clean it again myself. She gave me a quote with a “cap” on the hours, but then billed me for additional hours, which she stated was because the oven was dirtier than she expected. I don’t honestly remember what the oven looked like, but I had cleaned it a few times in the two years I lived there. It’s self-cleaning and all you do is turn it on while you’re cleaning the rest of the place, then wipe it out. The floors were not clean and there were areas, like a shelf in the bathroom that had not been cleaned, but a magic eraser was left behind on it. The tile in the bathroom doesn’t appear to have been cleaned and there’s mildew. I tried to attach photos, but I’m having technical difficulties.
