Elvira responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was able to come the next day to deep clean my apartment. She arrived right on time and is very personable. She also did an amazing job! All of the nooks and crannies you just can't seem to clean yourself were spotless and the bathrooms look brand new. I would not hesitate to call her again the next time I need a house cleaning and I have already referred her to friends.
