I had a great experience with Bees and Blossoms cleaning service. I am fortunately privileged enough to have someone help me clean my new house, but I wasn’t sure what to expect and what it would cost. The business owner came over to my house first to really understand what was important to me, and then made sure it was a top priority for my first cleaning. I have old fir floors and I just wasn’t sure how to get them clean. Bees and Blossoms spent time to make sure they were perfect, in addition to other surfaces, carpet, rug, etc. I had a great first visit and I’m looking forward to our partnership moving forward!

It was lovely meeting with and talking with Amy, the Founder. She really gets to know you so she can schedule a cleaner who will best fit for your house and needs. My cleaner, was Melissa, and she far exceeded my expectations. I have used other cleaners in the past and most just do an adequate job, but never went above and beyond the cursory and quick clean. Melissa was amazing and she definitely gave my house a deep clean. I was told by Amy that the first clean would be longer as the cleaner gets to know your house, but she gives a 25% off your first time which surprised me as her rates are already very reasonable. (I had interviewed another cleaner that told me they had to charge me more for the first time!) Melissa took a solid 4 hours to clean my 1,040 sq. ft. house and it showed! It was great to come home to the fresh smell and sparkle of everything and she got along beautifully with my dog so that was an added bonus. I couldn't be more impressed or happier and now have her schedule every two weeks. Also of note is that Amy texted me the same day Melissa cleaned to check in and find out my thoughts. Now, that's professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always charge by the hour and are able to pinpoint an expectation of a regular time frame for each home within a cleaning or two. Most houses take between 3 and 5 hours. We charge between $45 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner of Bees and Blossoms, I like to come meet potential clients and get a feel for what they are looking for. We talk about their priorities, expectations and their budgets. Together we establish a plan that meets all of their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a cleaner and organizer by nature. I am also a Mom in a busy home and have had many years of experience with a personal high standard for housekeeping. :)
