The dude returned a diamond ring. That's right. Blayne dropped by my office to pick up his check after he crushed through the handyman todo list I gave him. He tells me and my wife, "Ya and I found this under the closet carpet when I was replacing it" --and he holds up a 50 year old diamond ring that was my wife's mother's wedding ring. Blayne is a breath of fresh air in today's world. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aside from being super honest, he cranked out this todo list in one evening that probably would have taken me a couple days: 1) Replace Kitchen Faucet: One lever kitchen on the faucet for both the hot and cold. Note: new faucet provided Replace 2) First Floor Toilet Seat: Note: new toilet set provided 3) Fix hanging clothes rack in master bedroom Note: Plastic hook hanging end provided 4) Outside Missing Tile on outside fence by waterfall Note: Tile provided but not the tile mud to stick it on. 5) Replace 2nd floor sink drain top stopper and unplug drain 6) Replace 2nd floor bathroom tub plug and unplug drain 7) Replace the weather stripper on the outdoor red front door that I painted on. 8) Attempt to glue up the kitchen cabinet edges that are pealing off (not sure this is possible..) 9) Replace the carpet in the front closet with darker carpet (so it does not look so dirty). 10) Put the automatic garage door hooked back on the track 11) Replace the mailbox with a new mail box. Note: mailbox will be provided -----------------------------------------------------------------{NOTE: I forget to get the mailbox for Blayne so he drives to home depot and sends me picture options of which one he should buy. So awesome.}
