He was in & out in 1 day, including putting in 2 x 6’s where skylights had been removed by roofers and just covered with a sheet of plywood. He removed the rotten insulation and installed new, at every site shown. It was all at a great price, including cleanup. I wholeheartedly recommend him. There is no reason to pay someone else $100 per hour for what this friendly, trustworthy, skilled, knowledgeable professional does easily was well. See before and after pictures below. The first ones include where our ceiling fell in, due to a roof leak.

Had a leak around some vents on my roof. Contacted some roofer and received quotes north of $450. The repair parts only cost $20, but my roof is steep so I didn’t feel comfortable doing it myself. Decided to give Thumbtack a try and found Black Star House Renovations. Literally responded in 3 minutes and said they were in the area and could be here in 15 minutes. They arrived quickly and had my roof fixed up in under 45 minutes. $130 and no leaks! Great work, definitely recommend!
