I appreciated that Argen was honest with me about what needed to be done. For instance, I asked him to replace a faucet, but when he looked at it, he said the faucet did not need to be replaced. He simply repaired and tightened the existing one. I recommend him for your jobs; he is extremely hard-working and a gentle presence.
