Hello, my name is Saechao, owner of KS & Son Construction and we provide a full service solution to all your home needs with all exterior and interior remodeling.
Also from full kitchen and bathroom design & remodels, repairs, replacement and installation.
Also Custom Patio & Covers, Door & Windows, Siding, Painting and Fencing replacements and installation.
We are a small father and son business.
We started our business at the ending of 2019 and the beginning of Covid, which was a very, very, scary time to start a business! Unsure, of any kind of business future for us at KS&Son Construction.
But we didn’t let it stop us and decided to get started by knocking, door-to-door, passing out cards, flyers, and talking to any potential future customers, hoping for, whatever kind of work, we could find.
KS & Son Construction, we put our knowledge, integrity, and what we truly enjoyed, and love what we’re doing!
Whatever the job or project we’re working on for each customers-weather, it’s a small job or a big project!
KS & Son Construction, we are honest, dependable, trustworthy and we work very hard with each customer, one job at a time, until it is 💯 completion! Earning the trust of another satisfied long-term customer, and one customer at a time!

Kayo is extremely knowledgeable and more than able to handle any project you have.
He did a wonderful job in repairing our older French door and window pane. He was very kind the whole process and was able to do our repair in less than 30 minutes. If you have a project and are looking for an experienced trustworthy repairman, look no further!
We will be using KS & Son for our future remodeling and construction needs.

We had a wonderful experience with KS&Son. I couldn't recommend them more highly! Kayo is very responsive and easy to talk with. They were on time and finished the job when they said they would. Part of the job needed to be figured out and Kayo came up with a very creative idea that worked beautifully. We liked their work so much that we hired them for another job that exceeded our expectations. The quality and professionalism of Kayo's work is excellent and he goes above and beyond what you would expect. We plan on using them for any other work that we need done in the future. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

He replaced siding, painted interior and exterior of the house, installed vinyl plank floors, and painted kitchen cabinets.
He is a diligent worker, gets the job done in a timely manner, professional and committed to every thing he says he will do. He also replaced carpet throughout and I was very satisfied with the work. He has done do much to my house, I would hire him to for all repairs. He’s very handy person and can fix anything!
