Victor renovated two duplex units for me. He and his team did an excellent job. Price was good but the best part was with how quickly they were able to start and finish. Others contractors being considered could start for 3+ weeks. Victor and team were able to start projects the following week. Will use them again for sure.

Victor and his crew earned and deserve the highest marks. The quality of the work was just outstanding. He repainted our kitchen cabinets and re-did tiling in entryway— both so beautiful now. We had a couple of difficult issues— one with plumbing and the other with electrical. Victor was able to diagnose each situation and gave us viable solutions at a low cost, which I am sure would have cost us a lot more money had we needed to subcontract that out. Several times he went beyond the call of duty and fixed a few minor things at no extra cost. It was very pleasant interacting with Victor and his crew— all nice and helpful. His price was very reasonable and we saved a considerable amount of money using him. In the next year, we will be adding an ADU; definitely using Victor again.
