The crew of Above the Best Construction is very easy to work with. Jorge and Jacier are professional, flexible, and more importantly, meticulous, and Laura, who handles the administrative task, is responsive. I hired them for siding repair work, and at the end of the job, I hired them for another job. So, yes, would hire them again. One callout –In case this is importand to you. This business does not have a formal contractor’s contract, which happens quite often with some small businesses. The owners often operate on trust that’s reflected in informal understandings and agreements. Having worked with them, I trust them to provide warranty on their work.

We had missing and damaged siding that was once hidden by a deck that attacked to the house for about 75 linear feet. There was broken up T-111 in many areas, with hardy-plank covering it above the old deck level. I wish i would have taken more before photos. The repairs were excellent and beyond what I expected. The fixed many trim boards I didn’t think about, and custom cut trim and flashing to repair a particularly bad area under the doors. They even matched the old paint perfectly.
