Outstanding company to have service and/or repair your garage door. Clear communication on time and date for service. The service tech advised when he would arrive at the site. Then he did a thorough diagnosis of the issues and then present me with 3 different options all at different price points. I chose the most expensive option but for me it was the right one for my situation. Work was completed to satisfaction. He even showed me and explained to me the work he did. Happy to recommend this company to family and friends!

Called in the morning and they had a technician here with by the afternoon. He explained all my options for repairing or replacing. Fantastic customer service and even walked me through app set up and how to operate. I would highly recommend Elite garage for any garage door issues. Thank you!

My garage door had not been opening and closing properly for quite some time. The garage technician arrived promptly (actually called to see if he could arrive a little earlier, which was great!), took his time asking me questions, and assessed the problems we were experiencing.
He outlined several ways to fix the problem, and answered my questions professionally and was very well-informed about the services and products the company provides. I never felt pushed into making a hasty decision.
We made a decision, and within 90 minutes, we had a working garage door that should last us for year.

We had a new garage door installed. Everything went smoothly from choosing the right door, to making an appointment and having it installed. He installed the door for us today and he was very efficient, professional, friendly and simply the BEST! The door looks great and we cannot be happier!

I just moved in a few days ago, and one of my garage doors was not operational. I called Elite garage door, and they sent someone out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain to me all that he saw during inspection, and then offered different solutions to me. I chose the option that offered me the best long term outcome and replaced the opener. He completed the work, showed me how to use the new system, and was off! Very pleasant experience!
