FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always charge flat fees for our services. We believe that it shouldn't cost you more to talk with your attorney or meet with your attorney. The better our clients understand the process and what's going on with their case, the more comfortable they are being taken care of. As a result, they get through the court experience in the best possible way - communication is one of the most important ways to accomplish this. In addition, we have several financing options for clients who don't have immediate resources to hire us, both in-house and 3rd party sources.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first step is to have a free consultation over the phone. We'll talk and get more information to understand who you are as a person and what is important to you so we can best determine if Reynolds Defense Firm is a good fit for you. Even if we're not a good fit, we will take the time to help you understand the process so that you can start to feel more in control and less overwhelmed about what you are facing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combined 40 years experience in local Oregon Criminal Defense. We have six attorneys who represent every client that comes into our office. Our lawyers are in our local courthouses multiple times every week and we have excellent working relationships with the judges and prosecutors we work with, some going back more than 15 years. Now, does this mean we can get backdoor deals for our clients? No, but the better we know the people behind the job titles, the better we can communicate, and this communication is one of the keys to our success.
