I started a dryer vent replacement myself and contacted John because I was unsure that I was doing things correctly and wanted a quality professional to complete the task. We discussed cost and scheduled a time, and then I provided pictures of my progress to which he responded with integrity by saying that I was so close to being complete that he could not justify coming out and charging me. We spoke a bit longer and he advised me the final steps required to complete the job. In the end, I was able to get my install complete myself. Super empowering and I cannot speak highly enough of John.
