FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clear and Fair Pricing: I believe in being upfront and honest about my pricing. There are no hidden fees or surprise. I’ve structured my pricing to reflect the time, tools, and expertise required to provide a thorough and professional cleaning service. Discounts and Packages: I offer discounts for new customers or if you bundle services (e.g., multiple units in one property). This is my way of showing appreciation for your loyalty and helping you save on essential maintenance. Offering discounts up to 15% for veterans/current military personnel, teachers, fire fighters/paramedics, healthcare workers, and seniors. No Charge for Quotes: I’m happy to provide free estimates, so you can make an informed decision without any obligation. My goal is to offer pricing that’s fair and transparent while delivering a service that ensures your home is safe and your dryer works at its best. If you have any concerns or questions about pricing, I’m always happy to explain!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with an over the phone consultation to learn about their needs and share how I can help. I always like to quote in person and to see if there's any other ways I can help. Once I know the full scope of the project I get a quote ready. Once approved I like to get the work finished when the customer likes it to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training has occurred on the job. I'm Currently, working toward earning my Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician (CDET) credential through the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA). Pursuing this certification reflects my commitment to safety and recognition at the top of my field and providing my customers with the highest level of expertise and peace of mind. As a new business owner, I’m dedicated to professional growth and delivering exceptional service every time.
