John was great about discussing the problem and giving all pricing upfront during our initial phone call, and even gave a worse case price so there would not be any surprises at the end. Cady came out and found the problem with the dryer vent under the house, it was disconnected, and she took pics so she could show me. She got that fixed, being careful not to get any dirt and lint in my house from the crawlspace. Then she cleaned the entire vent and confirmed airflow. She was quick and thorough, explaining what she was doing, and cleaned up after. It's nice to have a company that does not do unnecessary work and they definitely did not as the total job was well below the worse case price. The price was exactly what he told me it would be if the problem was a disconnected piece. I will be recommending John to my friends and will call him again in the future.
