- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are two types of pricing. Hourly plus parts (time and materials) or an upfront bid. Some jobs are unpredictable and require to be performed and time and materials. And some customers want an exact price before starting. Either way works just fine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a detailed description on what needs to be done and offering more than one option for repair or install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
