We would give 10 out of 5 stars if we could! Highly recommend! We are so thankful to have found Rachelle and Max to train our almost 2 year old German Shepherd/ Belgian Malinois mix. For background, our pup was a stray that we adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic.. She was around 2-3mos old and in pretty bad shape. The biggest issue was that even though we had 2 other dogs of our own that she gets along well with, she wasn’t getting the socialization that she needed as a puppy due to the pandemic, and soon she developed into a reactive dog that we couldn’t even take on a daily walk. Luckily, after moving to the Inland Empire, we first met Rachelle… and now we are well on our way to seeing major changes in our pup with Rachelle and Max as our trainers. Rachelle and Max are friendly, dog loving people who are open to listening to all of our concerns and answering any of our questions. They are patient with our dog and work around our busy schedule for our personal training sessions. After each class, we’re given “homework,” ranging from doing short practice sessions at home, to taking our dog on little field trips to pet-friendly stores. With every training session, my boyfriend and I have been able to see improvement in our dog’s behavior, which in turn, gave us more confidence in ourselves as dog owners. Some of the greatest/ most helpful things about having Rachelle and Max as trainers: 1. They have an understanding of our dog’s past and always acknowledge how far she has come. (Great reminders for those times when you feel like you’re not making progress.) 2. They work well as a team and we benefit from their knowledge base and many years of expertise. We never hesitate to ask a question and I feel that they always have advice to give due to a personal situation that they may have already encountered. They have even suggested that if there is a behavioral problem we notice at home, that we could record a video in order to better visualize how to best handle the situation in the future. 3. They have no problem working hands on with our dog. (We have had some experience with other trainers who would only give verbal cues, rather than demonstrate directly with your dog to show how to execute a desired action/ command… makes a different impact on us while learning.) 4. They bring their own dogs! This I feel helped us out the most, especially with getting to see how our dog would react when meeting other dogs. Each of their dogs has their own personality, background and skill set. Our dog was able to be exposed to different situations, within a controlled environment, so that we could learn how to adapt to different potential situations that may happen in real life. We have not experienced this level of training with any of our other dogs/ trainers.. This was the biggest asset in making for a more personalized training session. We are so thankful to have Rachelle and Max and are looking forward to seeing how much more confident our dog becomes in our future training sessions.

Bingley and Co. has changed my life. I had a super crazy, wild, out of control puppy named Daisy who was more like a piranha than a puppy. They trained my dog to be so well-behaved and obedient that my family and friends cannot believe she is the same dog. In May 2021, I was diagnosed with diabetes. Bingley and Co. trained Daisy to be a diabetic alert dog. I am so grateful because Daisy has already saved my life. One night, I had taken too much insulin when my blood sugar was already very low. I was about to go to sleep when Daisy kept alerting me. She was persistent and wouldn’t stop until I checked my blood sugar. Luckily, I was able to call Kaiser for help. I am eternally grateful to Bingley and Co. for providing me with the best dog I have ever had in my life. Daisy is truly my best friend and guardian.

Love working with these two! You technically get two trainers for the price of one which really sets them apart. They also have a different perspective than most dog trainers because of their long background with services dogs/ guide dogs, so that was super beneficial for us!! They made training not feel like a chore and made it enjoyable. I would for sure recommend their bundles. I didn’t think I would need 4 classes but ended up needing it and then wanting to continue for fun and keep learning more just to continue the enrichment for my dog.
