Unlimited stars to the team. Will Eichelberger and Don’t Mess with the Bride quite literally made our wedding day run perfectly. I can't thank him and Sarah Coffman enough for how insanely special and calm they made our day! This team is professional, punctual, fun, and they know their stuff.
We made the decision to throw a September 2025 wedding in June of 2025 and anyone planning a wedding knows that it’s hard enough planning a wedding a year in advance, let alone less than 4 months in advance. I told myself I deserved a *little treat* in the form of a day-of-coordinator and, honestly, it was the best treat I’ve ever given myself. The value is unbeatable for the peace of mind I had leading up to (and through) my wedding day.
Not that I ever plan to have another wedding but seriously would hire Will again. Wish I could have him coordinate my daily life because I could certainly benefit from that.

Will, Kari, and the rest of the crew made our wedding day run SO much more smoothly than if we had done it ourselves. They are the perfect bridge between a DIY wedding and whatever the next step up is and helped us to bring it all together. I'm pretty sure they touched every part of our wedding day - they played bartender, ran the wedding ceremony, played defense with difficult family members, cleaned up everything, made sure our music was loud enough, and generally made things flow. I am very very grateful that I was able to actually enjoy my day. It's hard to give the management of something you've worked for months (or years) to somebody else, and there are always differing communication styles that can make things challenging, but Will, Kari, and their team smoothed things over and took my worry away!

Will did a spectacular job executing our day. He was able to take all of my crazy notes and drawings and turn it all into a cohesive game plan. His team executed wonderfully and worked their butts off until the day was done. They were quick on their feet in making decisions and left me and my family alone unless we were really needed (except to check-in periodically to make sure we had enough to drink). Pricing was great and availability for questions and meetings was plenty. Hire them!!
Best money spent was with Don't Mess With The Bride because they deliver just that - no one messed with me or my love with any details to do with coordination of the wedding day. I couldn't have had a better wedding, everything was PERFECT - at least from my perspective and my guests. I learned later there were some hiccups that Will and Tom from Don't Mess With The Bride took care of yet during our event everything seemed to go off as planned.
When I hired Don't Mess With The Bride I found much more help then expected. Will and Tom meet with me and went over all the details of my wedding. Let me say I was missing a lot. They helped me with details you don't find in books: like who is provides the napkins and then who folds them??? They were available for questions and support, which you will need!
I love the company name because its what they do!
Again of all the wedding expenses Will and Tom with Don't Mess With the Bride were worth their weight in gold!! I am so grateful to have found them!

Will was our wedding-day coordinator. He sat down with us prior to the wedding weekend to discuss all the ins and outs of how we wanted our wedding day to go. He directed our ceremony rehearsal the day before and on the day of the wedding worked his magic. He was very collaborative by taking our suggestions/requests and making them happen based on his own professional and artistic style.
He decreased our stress and worry in a way that just allowed us to enjoy the day. Quite honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do it without him.

We make Wedding coordination affordable for all sorts of budgets. We have affordable packages starting with 4 hours of coordination + a Rehearsal. Need more time, just let us know, and we can add a few hours on with our rates. If you'd like more help planning, we've got that too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied graphic design and interior design. I also have experience with detailed project management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Helping friends - They'd ask, and I'd just hop in and cover the details for their special day. It made me realize how important it is to have a point person for their special day, and I just started doing it for other folks!
