Was out of communication for 6 hours working with an office move and another business, when at 9:30 at night received a threatening email , that if i did not pay the final payment, the work would not be completed. In the end , And it was not completely finished there were holes left open that the next morning there was a rat that had found his way into the house with 2 kids under 8 were sleeping. I have currently run three business and am disappointed to say the least.

We just saw the pictures, the first one (behind the toilet) was done by the plumbing company you hired, not use. We only made sure the toilet was connected because they did not connect it. The second picture is not clear and the last one is completely normal. We did not make any holes and the one from the sink is interior work not exterior, exterior work is at risk for incoming rats. They came in and repaired holes in the walls, applied texture and then painted. They did such a good job you can’t even tell where the holes used to be.
