- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service repair diagnosis includes the technicians drive time and some time to diagnose the problem. Some diagnosis are more difficult and could cost a little more. There are discounts for seniors and Military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting up the customer in our system we will schedule them for a repair, maintenance, or FREE new equipment quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do on going factory training year around with a team of professionals.
