Tim was amazing to work with! He was able to meet my schedule needs, and their price quote came in much lower than any of the other companies that I contacted. One of his team workers cleaned our entire townhouse (including 2 flights of stairs) and did a good job. There was still some dark staining in a few areas, and when I contacted Tim he was so professional and eager to immediately fix it (free of charge)! He personally came out the very next morning and re-cleaned those areas, sent me photos to show the improvement (it was MUCH better), and even took the time to explain to me how the carpet fibers have gotten worn down over time and how that causes discoloration. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with this company and Tim's dedication to customer satisfaction!

Valley carpet cleaning did an amazing job on an 8 foot couch, 2 ottomans and an area rug and bar stools.They all looked brand new and smelled great by the time they were done. I was so happy with their work I had them clean the carpet at my other home. Thanks!

We bought our home knowing we'd replace the flooring throughout; we're not big fans of carpet. But it looked okay; we could live with it until we could remodel - or so we thought. After we moved in, a *huge* dark stain started appearing and spreading in two rooms - and it *reeked*! We were mortified. We quickly found out from neighbors that the previous owner allowed their animals to "do their business" in the house!! We were disgusted, but because remodeling was not an option yet, did some research on carpet cleaners and submitted bids. Tim from Valley Carpet immediately reached out to me, and after telling him our issue, he sounded confident they could remove the stain *and* the odor, so I scheduled a time to come work their magic. Hunter arrived promptly at the scheduled time, asked a few questions, and quickly got to work. I was hopeful not honestly not expecting great results; it was *bad*!! Was I ever wrong!! Our carpet looks better now than it did when we bought our house (and it had been freshly cleaned to hide the problem), and best of all, *no more odor*!! 😃 We could not be happier with the results, and can't recommend Valley Carpet Cleaning highly enough! Fair prices, quick response, fabulous people, and phenomenal results! Thanks so much for helping our home finally feel like *ours*!
