- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to set up an at-home consultation to view the space, get measurements, and go over design ideas. The next step is taking a trip to our showroom to make selections so we can get the customer an accurate proposal price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
City Home Improvement has evolved over time to fit our customers needs. We started as a chimney repair company, moved to greater exterior work, and now the interior of the home, primarily kitchens and bathrooms.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We will gladly work with any customer in the greater Portland area.
