- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give a quote after assessment of how many guests, how long, how far and what supplies is needed, what kind of budget they have to make it happen. Fair and competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I will then reach out and take down some information to get to know the client and what it takes to contribute to an amazing experience. Then after i will generate a quote. If the customer decides to use my service, I will then schedule the event, and we will go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My employees, as well as self, are OLCC certified and have current food handlers cards. I personally have worked in the bar industry for 14+ years. I take the time to train everyone and familiarize them with giving Top Notch Service.
