Our dishwasher stopped working. It would fill with water and then nothing would happen. I called Elijah and made an appointment for 2 days later. They arrived on time and were very respectful of our home even wearing coverings for their shoes. He pulled the dishwasher out and tested it. It started working right away so there must have been something with the connection. I had tested it many times and it would not work for me. After a few more tests, he said I should just call him if it acts up again. He also let me know the kickplate was installed incorrectly and reinstalled it the right way. Next, he cleaned the burners on my gas stove and advised me on an issue we had with our ice maker. I was amazed when he told me the total was just going to be $79, the amount for the service call. Obviously I'm very impressed with the value that I got. If I have any appliance issues in the future, I will be calling Elijah! I highly recommend him to others. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and he takes the time to explain things well.

Elijah and his partner, Alex, are very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Elijah diagnosed the problem with my washer within a few minutes. He showed me the burned control board and Alex ordered a new one. It took two weeks to arrive, but when it did, they came and installed it that very same day. This repair was far more timely and cost effective than having to buy a new washer! I am so grateful to have found Elijah and Alex, and will definitely hire them again for my future appliance diagnosis and repairs. Excellent value and customer service I can trust!

My dryer wasn't working and and I couldn't get a regular appliance company to come by for a few weeks. I sent a few messages out and received a quick response from AAR. I was able to get a next day appointment. He arrived early, was totally professional and got my dryer up and running. Turns out I just had some loose connections. Despite him being here for over an hour troubleshooting, I was only charged the service fee, no repair costs. Absolutely recommend.
