We are a location independent service that offers a hands on approach to every single client we work with as an important part of our working relationship is understanding their business.
We take pride in the partnership that we make with our clients by getting to know their business. We facilitate regular check-ins regarding their transactions, status of reconciliations and our general interest in how things are going for them. One of the most important focuses for our client’s services is to ensure their book records translate clearly and efficiently to their tax preparation. We build relationships with CPA's to support our commitment to stay aware and educated on general business tax regulations and facilitate lateral communications and awareness for our clients businesses that may be affected to support and enhance the tax preparation process.

We have been working with JK Bookkeeping since 2008 and Janine has always been professional, thoughtful and courteous. They have helped us grow our small business and with their timely reporting I can see where my money is going which allows me to make better decisions as it relates to business development as we continue to grow. Our books were in disarray when my accountant recommend I call Janine at JK Bookkeeping. I had been doing the books myself until I realized that I was never going to be able to keep up. At first, I just brought them in to do a clean up to get the financials ready for tax time, but now I submit everything remotely and our books are updated every week.
Not only are our books in order, but they have helped me develop strategies that make it easier for us to keep my financial affairs in order and have saved me money and endless hours of struggling through every small business owners nightmare.

We brought Janine on board to bridge a staffing gap at the Sr. Accountant level. She hit the road running, tackled month end close, overdue reconciliations, outdated processes and our quarterly payroll tax filings without missing a beat. We would definitely utilize her talents in the future, particularly when we are under-staffed, in a tight time crunch and/or for special project work.
