- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to offer competitive prices, and always glad to help with discounts when requested. Also, we have no hidden fees, we like to be as transparent as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Gather information, photos or videos of the project/ repair, quote them through message if it is a minor repair or information provided is sufficient , if not then schedule a visit. (Usually necessary for big projects) -If the cost works for them, I let them know how soon I can take care of it. All we need after is phone number and address to schedule it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this for about 6 years. Gained experience working at one of Oregon’s biggest drywall companies, right after finishing high school.
