Great experience overall! Prompt response, on-time to job, knowledgeable about carpet care and restretching/installation. Chico even corrected deficiencies from original carpet installation such as installing sub-flooring screws and carpet tackboard. The final cleaning was a HUGE improvement as well. Chicos gets an A+ from me, I told them they must be magicians because they fixed my carpet in 7 different spots and you can’t even tell there was an issue there anymore!
