I hired them a couple months ago to come and do a cleanup on my front yard where there were a lot of weeds. We had agreed on a price and had agreed for just a cleanup. I thought they were going to pull the weeds directly from the roots, but a cleanup to them was just using the Weedwhacker. If I knew they were going to use a Weedwhacker I wouldn’t have hired them. I could’ve used a Weedwhacker myself. All the weeds grew back within three weeks. I thought as professionals, they would have gotten to the roots to remove the weeds and not just cut off from the surface. Next time, will be clarifying with the companies if they use Weedwhacker or a pick axe to actually remove weeds. Just wasted money…
