PHD worked with us on a complete to the studs renovation on our Oregon wine country property. This was basically a very dated 1978 cottage with an extremely cut up floor plan and lots of unusable space. Roof raised with shed roof added, all systems were replaced as well as the exterior facia. Sergey was a great collaborator bringing our vision into reality, pictures are worth a thousand words so there we go. PHD is meticulous about fit, finish and overall quality, often pointing out important changes that I would not have thought of independently. Even more importantly, he remained flexible as the design evolved, not an easy task. Highly recommended all around!

PhD construction and specifically Sergey deserve a 10. Every part of the home remodel project was scheduled and managed smoothly. Everyone showed up on time and performed their piece, be it plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, etc. The most important thing was that I completely trusted Sergey. He is someone with integrity and is a perfectionist, which I appreciate. I’ve had other remodel projects done in other states and they could not compare to how our remodel was managed and completed by Phd. Sergey was immediately responsive to calls or questions and always kept us informed. He also had a great crew that were knowledgeable and competent. We were extremely happy with how the remodel turned out and I would use him again without a doubt.

I hired PhD to build a deck for my new house. The price was competitive for the market, but the true exceptionality was the absolute craftsmanship. The deck was built to perfection - flawless. I rehired PhD to build a tiki bar on the deck. I relayed what I "thought" a tiki bar to be, but was (AGAIN) stupefied at the end result. It was nothing short of magic. My rustic key-west shack ended up being a fabulous mid-century party house. Again, I offered the idea, but the translation was phenomenal. I hired them AGAIN to refinish my garage. Again... I'm running out of big words for "awesome". I literally cannot say enough. If you're on the fence (or need one built) - HIRE THEM.

They did everything they could to not change the look of our 1893 front porch. It’s been patched many times over the years & needed a lot of boards replaced. They made it perfect again!
