- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's great to get a feel for one another before agreeing to work with one another, so I like to meet in person, at each prospective client's house, so that I can also get a feel for the energy of the location and for my rapport with the pet(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a pet and house sitter, I always left the clients' houses cleaner than when I found them, after living in them for some amount of time. I went out of my way to find solutions they may need also and bring that to the house, be it a can opener or extra kitchen towels. I also worked in Airbnb management and cleaning for a few years.
