- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance the American Medical Association does not recognize grief and loss as a mental health issue. Payment methods accepted are Venmo and CashApp.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a brief COMPLIMENTARY consultation so that we can determine the best approach for your particular situation. Generally, after that, we set up a weekly appointment via phone or Zoom. As things begin to heal we move to 2 times per month and eventually to 1 time per month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended both University of Oregon and Oregon State University I have worked for years in the medical profession as a Certified Medical Assistant in OB-GYN. Additionally, I have over 25 years of Hospice training and volunteering experience. Additionally, I take 2-3 continuing education classes specific to trauma, anxiety, and depression on a yearly basis to increase my knowledge base.
