- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is regulated by ODOT and all licensed movers should have identical rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get their information over the phone, if a in person quote is needed we set up a date and time if not then we can book the job right then and there over the phone. We send out email invoices and estimates for any customer that requests so and we accept all forms of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree which helps me operate with ease.
