FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project differs but I usually charge by the amount of debris, junk, material I haul away and what it consists of. Yard debris, wood and metal scrap are much cheaper and easier to dispose of then paint, chemicals or roofing material and carpet! So every load is charged according to quantity and content.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually text me pictures to give an idea of how big their project is and I will almost always respond with a price quote the same day and work quickly to get the job done that day as well whenever possible! Larger projects can take days or even weeks but we are always up for the challenge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve held numerous positions in management customer relations and customer service and I know what it means to put the customer first. I want every customer to feel important no matter how big or small the job we want your needs to be fulfilled!
