If you need new construction, a kitchen or deck remodeled, we have the experience with over 15 years working on homes. We had Justin do several projects for us. An addition to our shop, some built-in cabinets and a start from scratch bathroom in our home. A hydronic floor heating system was designed and installed for the bathroom. It's worked wonderfully.All these projects added good value to our property. Each one was finished timely and to our satisfaction.

We hired Justin in 2020 when we decided to build a home and shop/barn on our property. From our first meeting with him, he offered ideas, suggestions, and his expertise. Justin was right there along every step, from the design stage, answering questions for the architect, to building the home and dealing with sub-contractors, to the final aesthetic touches. We incorporated several energy efficient elements in the design and construction, such as passive solar heating/cooling, ICF for the basement foundation, two types of roofing materials, and 2 styles of porches. If Justin wasnt familiar with a particular phase of the project (which was rare), he did extensive research, reported back to us with his findings and recommendations, and we made decisions as a team. We really appreciate his work ethics, eagerness to build a quality product, and also conscientiousness to stay within, or under, our budget. We would highly recommend Justin Sanders for any of your construction projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two pricing schedules. Cost plus or fixed cost depending on project scope and client. Estimates are free. Accurate bids involve plans and input from multiple trades. We charge per hour and will fave this fee if job is accepted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person on the jobsite. Review project details/blueprints, take measurments and notes to create estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ in construction doing new and remodels. Certified by PHIUS for high perfomance construction practices and materials.
