- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is modular & is estimated off photos provided by the customer. Estimates are subject to change if all damages are not disclosed in the original photos. For example, if your dog ate you cushion. There would be itemized charges for mileage, materials, labor, leather, padding all calculated per piece or incident. We do not charge an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically ask for photos of the items needing repair. Their contact information & photos can be uploaded on our secured website. Once the customer excepts our estimate we schedule a home visit for repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ray has been trained by the best technicians in the country. He has gone through a 4 year apprenticeship program. He has also completed his ABA. All his technicians are also trained with those same practices.
