Joel is very easy to communicate with, actively listens and is available to discuss any issues. He provided a competitive quote for insulation under the floors and vapor barrier, completed the work at the day/time agreed upon, and assisted with paperwork for the Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) incentive program. The ETO randomly inspects contractor's work. They selected this project for inspection and said that he did a quality job. I highly recommend Joel's services.

Joel did an amazing job with each aspect of the insulation project, from explaining the different R Values, types of insulation, steps involved in the project etc. I asked alot of questions and he took the time to explain everything. The job has really helped my quality of life at home, and heat actually is staying in my home now. The house is quieter too, based on what he recommended. I feel so grateful for the work. Also, Joel helped me with the steps to fill out forms for Energy Trust of Oregon, so I can receive a rebate of some kind. He resent forms that I needed and overall really helped me with every aspect.

Hired Joel to insulate a three car garage, both ceiling and side walls with blown in material. He's timely and very responsive on communications. Provided a price up front. Scheduled the work and showed up on time. Helped in preparing the garage by moving cabinets and putting them back. Took his time and did a quality job. Five star all the way. After living in the South where service is a crap shoot its nice to deal with a real pro! Thanks Joel!
