Joel is very easy to communicate with, actively listens and is available to discuss any issues. He provided a competitive quote for insulation under the floors and vapor barrier, completed the work at the day/time agreed upon, and assisted with paperwork for the Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) incentive program. The ETO randomly inspects contractor's work. They selected this project for inspection and said that he did a quality job. I highly recommend Joel's services.
