Lana was communicative, let me know she was on the way and on time. Assessed my needs and communicated her plan. Adjusted to my presence which I hadn't thought I'd need - took longer to get out than anticipated. Adjusted her lunch to suit my needs. Did an excellent job cleaning, including the Venetian blinds and refrigerator.
