- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start all buyers and sellers with a consultation. This can be in person or via Zoom. Selling or buying a new home is a huge decision and we like to make sure that we feel like the best fit for you and on our end to make sure that we will be able to exceed your expectations. During this consultation, we go over all the steps of the process as well as all costs that you would expect to incur depending if you are on the buy or sell side. Consultations are always free and have no commitment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides 18 years of experience and being one of the top producers in the city, my background is in education and marketing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After purchasing my first home I realized that my realtor didn’t take the time to understand what I needed or what my goals were with my house. I realized then that there had to be a better way and decided that I would be the person to make the buying experience different. I have worked hard over the years to create a process that my clients enjoy and feel listened to.
