From the initial contact by phone, to the prompt resolution of my problem, I received exceptional service from Noble Heating and Air. With Summer temperatures reaching dangerously high levels, my external air conditioner failed. Within hours, Owner and Operator, David Zhuk, responded to my home to personally assess the problem. He expertly diagnosed the problem, and arranged for his technician to visit the next day. Each arrived within minutes of promised arrival times. Replacement parts were installed with immediate restoration of normal function. The complete heating and cooling system was examined and tested. David and Tim were both polite, personable and well informed young men, with admirable attention to detail -- shoes were covered before entering the home. I recommend them highly.
