From the initial contact by phone, to the prompt resolution of my problem, I received exceptional service from Noble Heating and Air. With Summer temperatures reaching dangerously high levels, my external air conditioner failed. Within hours, Owner and Operator, David Zhuk, responded to my home to personally assess the problem. He expertly diagnosed the problem, and arranged for his technician to visit the next day. Each arrived within minutes of promised arrival times. Replacement parts were installed with immediate restoration of normal function. The complete heating and cooling system was examined and tested. David and Tim were both polite, personable and well informed young men, with admirable attention to detail -- shoes were covered before entering the home. I recommend them highly. Clear communication, efficient, and friendly. David outreached within minutes of our request to set up an appointment ASAP. Tim came out on time and assessed our furnace issue very quickly. He had the part on hand, got us up and running, seemed priced fairly, and even diagnosed or separate issue with our AC while he was here. Everything works great now and when we get our AC replaced we'll be using them again for sure.
