- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free on site estimates for your project so that we can see the project in person, take measurements, and accurately quote your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up a day and time to come and check out your project. We then provide a written estimate for the project with a detailed scope of work and cost. When our customer approves we provide a simple contract that details the scope of work and collect a deposit. Lastly, we schedule your project to begin on a day/time that works for the customer and our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years of concrete construction experience that ranges from residential driveways and foundations to large public and commercial projects. We pride ourselves in job-site safety and providing our customers with a finished project done properly.
